SCG is a large company yet everyone I have encountered has been professional, thoughtful, and respectful which really speaks to the culture and core company values. My input is valued and I feel as though my professional opinion is given proper consideration.
Cons
Moving positions within the company can be made more difficult with HR rules and inflexibility. A more thorough explanation of these rules and policies would help employees guide their career path more effectively.
