Pros
I am sure the gas company is a great place to work, but from personal perspective only if you are a full time employee. For the most part people are friendly and professional. The facilities in downtown LA are beautiful. Free water and coffee is nice.
Cons
In this particular department there is a high turnaround. Even before people's full contract is fulfilled. Training can be improved. There is a major lack of communication between full time employees and contractors. Often late or no shows to meetings without any prior notice.
