      - small but highly productive team meant an often intense workload (although nothing too unreasonable and as to be expected from a startup)

      Pros

      CEO and the General Manager are exceptionally considerate and always making an effort to support the team and foster a positive work environment.

      Cons

      I prefer not to mention specific names, but there are certain employees who project an image of being very honest, highly dedicated and working full-time for 8 hours, when in reality, this is not the case. It's unfortunate for the CEO, who is genuinely kind and understanding.
