Cons
Ton of pressure to hit weekly KPI’s even though our target is an annual sales number. Some reps are already at 100% + quota from one or many strategic deals but they are still held to hitting weekly metrics. This have driven out many AE’s Fire quick mentality at Snowflake. No ramp period, however you are expected to close 2 deals within the first quarter and the. 3 deals for every quarter going forward.
