Pros

Since joining Snowbird I feel like I have not only progressed business wise but also personally, in terms of my mentality, attitude and the ability to get back up when things aren't going so well. One of the best things about Snowbird is the energy and atmosphere within the office. Because you're having so much fun at times it doesn't even feel like working. And the fact everyone within the business has the same goal allowed me to push myself even more and create some friendly competition.

Cons

Because there is room for fast progression to a management role in such a short period of time means that you have to put in more work and effort thank your average person doing 9-5.

Pros

I've learnt so much at Snowbird, progressing daily, becoming a stronger leader. The environment is one I highly recommend. All the guys have the same goal and it's great going in knowing they're all as ambitious as myself. The one thing I love the most is knowing my coach Mr Ryan Campbell is always available to advise me on anything, business or non business related. Humble guy.

Cons

If I've got to be honest, I feel at times it can be stressful with the working hours however I understand after speaking to the management team if I want to better than the average person in life it will require additional investment from myself. Something I'm willing to do for long term success.

Pros

Starting at Snowbird Advertising I expected to find myself learning and conducting some direct sales exclusively, which is part of the role yes, but in turn found myself learning heaps about leadership skills and from which have been given the chance to grow professionally in a very short time span.

Cons

The hours are definitely higher than an average working role but with all fairness it makes sense that one would need to put that much of an investment of time to the best in whichever specific industry you're in and in my case, developing to become a Sales and Marketing Manager.
