Hierarchical, as parttimer you are not really part of the team, management is to busy with numbers to listen to feedback, only focussed on money

They help you move to Barcelona. Good salary. They offer private health insurance.

Terrible management. Decisions based on personal opinions, people have been fired because management didn't like them. No objectives, no reviews, and no way of tracking your performance at work. No clear structure for the company. No values, if there's a good environment is because workers like each other. There's only one WFH day a week and it's restricted.
