Pros

The culture in Snigel is unmatched. The whole team is warm, helpful and hardworking. With a flat structure, everyone communicates freely with one another creating a sense of belonging and teamwork. From my first day to my last day I felt like a valuable member of the team. Snigel is fully remote, allowing for full flexibility in your role. The team stays in great contact throughout the working week, keeping in touch with all their colleagues. Flexibility in Snigel includes the ability to travel freely across other countries and be able to work from abroad during your employment which is very rare and hard to come by. Overall great atmosphere and lots of potential to grow and develop your skills.

Cons

Remote work can be isolating at times but it depends on your own attitude and various days.

Pros

Being able to work remotely

Cons

Bonus structure is shady and very delayed on time (around 9 months), really not depending on sales but in the overall performance of the company and individuals that might or might not know how to do their job. Beside that, they will do everything they can not to pay sales commissions, from changing commission structure from one day to the other, to even firing sales not to pay their bonus (I was put on a PIP after making 200% quota the previous quarter). The company is more focused on finding a person to blame for the bad performance of the product than developing the technology. Collaboration is non existent and the whole company atmosphere is not pleasant.

Pros

There were some good people Remote working

Cons

The CEOs were completely clueless and have no strategy and no ideas. So many people were hired, then unnecessarily fired shortly after - because the company leaders completely messed up the company finances. This includes people across all teams at all levels. I've never seen or heard of anything so bad. The product isn't even that good any more either. Since I left one CEO has now 'quit' (pushed) because he was so out of his depth, and the other is on the verge. He isn't having a good time at all and neither are the investors.
