Pros

My co-workers and pay/benefits. The training was good (it definitely depends on who your co-workers are) and after a couple of months once you get TIA certified you are able to make commissions.

Cons

A lot micro-managing and not much room to advance unless you are a family friend of someone high up in the company. Stressful environment and work/life balance wasn't great.

Pros

Great place to work. Most everyone has wonderful attitudes. So much potential with the expansion of the Mechanical Division

Cons

Only real “Cons” so far is how we pay our employees for doing work on company assets and not giving credit to the branch for their time at the end of the month. Also, the lack of variety in service trucks. We desperately need to try some service body 1tons in the field.
