Learning curve is long but you working on your own is demanded immediately. Whole office is disorganized and no one knows what the other is doing.... so many unhappy customers and clients I'm not sure how they are still making it. Leave you hanging A LOT on what to do and it is very confusing on how and when to do things when only the manager or co worker knows the answer and no way for you to find it out. Work piles up so fast its almost impossible to keep up and co workers throw work on your desk that they don't want to do. Men in the warehouse are constantly harassing, ( if you are a girl in the office), and most of them are illegals they get from a shady temp service and they know it. Worse job I've ever had with little support with anything or takes forever to get any help. Too much multi tasking to do any kind of quality work.
