Pros
-Team is passionate about their work. You are working with the "best" and you will see your own knowledge base and skillset inherently grow thanks to the high-level dialogue that takes place around you. -A large emphasis is put on internal communication, support, and collaboration. Daily "huddle" format allows for the team to share information and celebrate successes. -Flexible work hours allow for a healthy work/life balance. Cons
-As to be expected in any agency environment, there will be some days longer than otther. With that said, most of them are self-imposed as the culture of delivering high-caliber work keeps teammember motivated to deliver their best work.
