Pros
The environment is a nice sandbox for those who don't have much experience with coding and for those who do. While there is push to complete tasks by deadline, the intern is the one who ultimately decides what pace to move at depending on their skills. And for those that move at slower paces, there is always someone there to help because Snapbrillia promotes an interdependent web of help. All you have to do is say that you need help and someone will be more than willing to help you on your problem.
Cons
Even though Snapbrillia promotes interdependence, many interns do get away with very to little communication with their teammates. Snapbrillia does promote communication in their environment but i'm not sure if it's properly being utilized by everyone on the team.
