Pros
SnapNrack has a great company culture. They focus on and effectively use the strengths of their employees. This is also an accommodating place to work - they allow flexibility (within reason) with duties and work hours. Lastly, each employee is encouraged to take ownership of their projects to use their skills effectively.
Cons
The compensation and room for development could be better. I feel a small amount of cross training would be helpful to form a more cohesive team.
