Horrible place to work - Anonymous employee Snap-on Employee Review

Management works you 8hrs of overtime 3 of weekends a month. When you bring issues to management they do nothing. They make phedofiles management. Management only is worried about their bonuses and do absolutely nothing when you bring problems to their attention. Human Resources is a joke, she has her favorite type of employees. She also writes you up for things that are not in rulebook. I would strongly advise to stay away, unless you are hard up for work!
