Pros

Schedule is flexible. Decent pay.

Cons

Never receive orders on time. Overpriced, no new product to display, stressful. You have to keep EVERYONE happy at a shop if they will all turn against you. Most of the problems are out of my control, like orders taking a month to receive. Not to mention $20k in truck repairs.
