      Pros

      When I started the people were fantastic and genuinely embodied Snap values. Loved working here for the first 2 years but all the good people left for greener pastures.

      Cons

      Senior management is horrible, trying to pit people against each other and creating a toxic environment. Terrible work life balance.

      - most people are kind and nice to work with - good food and benefits - decent pay

      Cons

      - egos and competition depending on team due to performance structure - low bar for talent in some functions like product and design - incompetent leadership
