      - Food stipend is a nice perk - AR activations are truly cool - The pay is solid

      Cons

      - There is close to 0 consistency across teams in the sales organization - Evan said remote would be a promise, but he woke up and decided we all have to be back 4 days per week - It's woke - Processes are overly-cumbersome, and inconsistent across teams - Every 2 to 3 months it feels like leadership decides on a new direction - The ad products are simply not that great, and everyone knows it

      - most people are kind and nice to work with - good food and benefits - decent pay

      Cons

      - egos and competition depending on team due to performance structure - low bar for talent in some functions like product and design - incompetent leadership
