      Pros

      Perks are good, culture is solid. It can be cliquey but that comes with any job.

      Cons

      The work is terrible and the product you are selling is so average that it can be hard to sell it through at times. Also the AE's and Managers are actively looking for ways to not do their jobs so they will pass their work onto you,

      Relatively good opportunities for those who just starting their career and want to try big tech (kinda big)

      Cons

      The code is outdated. Building the app won't give you experience that you can fully use outside of the Snapchat. So much homemade tools and solution that doesn't provide best experience and doesn't simplify your life. Often perf reviews are a burden.
