      Pros

      I have to write 15 words here minimum on the pros and I don't have anything good to say about this franchise. It's a death sentence for designers and it's all about the sales and churning out the artwork like a machine.

      Cons

      No training provided Clicks with internal staff Managers provided no assistance Left to busy senior Designer to train in new staff. Low salary / no "useful" benefits
