      Laid back, great staff to work with. Insurance was great until they changed it.

      Cons

      Favoritism is blatantly obvious, front office is competing with each other for authority. Expected to work every day of the week. No one takes responsibility to fix issues

      No way for advancement even though I shared I wanted to study in college and aspired to move up
