Like any rewarding role, being a Service Coordinator comes with challenges. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Working with customers and various S&N teams around the world often involves navigating different time zones, balancing urgent requests, and coordinating across multiple departments. These experiences create valuable opportunities for personal growth, collaboration, and professional development while contributing to exceptional customer service and business success.

The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
