Pros
Pay, fun, competitive, opened doors
Cons
Worked in Northeast. Manager had 16 reps come in and out of the territory in 3.5 years. Worst manager I have ever had in my life. Belittled his employees, separated pods, talked about each of his reps to his other reps and drove a wedge between the team. Has no idea how to hire. Poor business acumen. The turnover was the worst I have ever seen at any company ever in my life. Management is awful, you have a manager who has literally had 16 reps come in and out of the territory and continue to let this manager tear down the territory. It’s not even a big job maybe 9 million on a good day. The team that is left complains daily and hates there manager(shocker). Haven’t met a single person who enjoys working for this person. This manager has a big ego, big deal you manage 9 million in business, over paid, steals from his reps, swindles them into believing things that are not true. His competition has about 160 million between Stryker, Zimmer, J&J and other small companies in his territory. Not to mention he doesn’t care about your training and development, doesn’t care about your career or you as a person. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. This person calls his reps names, very surprised he has a job still. That’s what happens when your in the boys club. Worst turnover and sales suck.
