Management treats their employees well.

Time & attendance are strictly enforced.

The pay was decent, the work was moderate.

Although pay was fine, rarely any bonuses (only given if they felt like the company did good sales). Don’t expect frequent raises or anything like that. They management treat you like a nobody, just someone else to replace easily. When there’s too much orders, management likes to breathe down on you to make you pick up the pace when you’re already going as fast as you can. There was so much drama and gossip for no reason, and some employees felt like they have authority over you just because of seniority. Keep in mind these other employees are in the same position as you are. They act like they know it all.
