Pros
The culture at smino is very open and inclusive. You feel welcome from day one. Given it's a startup, decision processes are quick and easy and the whole team is dynamic and proactive. It's a great work environment and everyone's work has an important impact on the overall success of the business.
Cons
As expected in a startup, everyone has to "get their hands dirty" from time to time. Not a problem if you're used to work in startup's, but might be tough for someone that is used to corporate companies with big teams.
