There is excessive micromanagement, including minute-by-minute tracking of laptop activity, which shows a complete lack of trust. Even minor or unintentional mistakes are met with harsh penalties—weekend work is enforced, Saturdays and Sundays are canceled, and approved leaves are revoked.
