Pros
The company offers great perks in terms of events, bonuses, team building, gifts, etc. They offer medical insurance and paid sick leaves and pay for your professional courses, plus the opportunity to work remotely.
Cons
Your luck here depends on your manager - they can either suck the soul out of you while micromanaging you and asking every minute 'what are you doing now'? or, you could be lucky to get a normal manager for whom it is enough to track your overall performance via task management systems, and who doesn't mess with how you do your job. For the most part for the team, it is hard to determine who is responsible for what, that's why you also need quite strong personal boundaries in order to avoid to do someone else's job.
