“Do not join. Most US-based roles are being moved to India, and hiring in the US has effectively stopped. RSUs and equity grants are gone for the vast majority of employees, with only a few critical employees receiving minimal shares tied to a potential IPO years down the line. The new pricing model has caused daily fire drills and significant customer churn. Politics heavily influence advancement (especially BI)— technical skill and good work are not reliably rewarded. If you care about technical work, work-life balance, compensation, or job security, this is not the place for you.
