      It was a good working environment with kind people.

      Cons

      Working in a company backed by private equity means you're little more than a number. You're disposable (which is why people were often RIF'd.

      Pros

      Loved everything about the culture, the "family" feel, and management support.

      Cons

      As with any startup, processes and documentation were sometimes lacking, but I'd call it a work in progress.
