Open plan office and friendly environment. Clean and comfortable to work in with garden to rear for breaks. Staff engagement was great with monthly events, team lunches etc. All were involved with planning and very high turn out at team events. Consultants were brought in for advice and support to staff in the early days of the company and was a great help to the entire team. Cross training encouraged to develop new staff and create safety net for entire team. Opportunities for international travel as representative at trade shows.

Very busy start-up so roles overlap; pitching in and multi-tasking a must. Due to it being a young company at the time, salaries were not as competitive as I had hope and this was the reason I eventually moved on to another role.
