One of the best things about working here is the team environment. Everyone is approachable, helpful, and willing to support each other, which makes it easy to collaborate and solve problems together. It creates a positive atmosphere where people feel comfortable sharing ideas and learning from one another. 🤝
Cons
At times the role can require longer hours, particularly during peak periods or when deadlines are approaching. While this reflects the pace of the business, it can occasionally impact work - life balance.

The collaborative and supportive environment is one of my favourite things about the business too!
I do agree with you that the hours can be long sometimes. Trying to balance the goals with the remuneration and benefits is one of the biggest challenges in any sales business but we will keep trying to tweak it to find the sweet spot for as many as we can!
The team is friendly and easy to work with, which makes day to day work enjoyable. There are good opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities, especially if you’re willing to get involved. Managers are approachable and generally open to ideas and feedback. The business is growing, so there’s a chance to develop your skills.
Cons
Like any growing company, there are busy periods, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review – great to hear the culture, commission structure, and progression opportunities are all landing well.
The pressure point is a fair one, but as you say, it’s something we’re very open about from the beginning of the recruitment process. We want people to succeed here, and with that comes high expectations – but also the support to match. Appreciate the feedback and great to have you on the journey.
