Inability to work in the office due to Covid

Chance to get more responsibility fast. Work on cool projects that lead in mobile. Team is respectful, and very open and merit based. Team is very respected as top mobile team in country.

Some people can't work self-directed and tend to spin wheels, and team does not like people that are not used to winning. Some people drown at the fast pace. If you don't have track record of success, ie., were just a so-so student, and haven't excelled at your past jobs or even sports, you will not like it here where they play to win, and cut people who can't take position to next level.
