Great colleagues all across the group. Fringe benefits are okay. Not top bill, but competitive enough. Leadership seems to have a good vision how to grow the company. Nice events from time to time. Good entry level job all by all!

Leadership seems to have a good vision how to grow the company but not for the people having to realise the goals: you're a number. The saying is pay peanuts, get monkeys right? Anyways good thing they're not getting monkeys, but they are paying peanuts. Company structure can result in real cumbersome situations. Within certain positions, there's next to no growth (both career-wise and financially) possible. Upper management has no clue what people actually do for the company (or that you exist at all). No rewards for good performances, even though the company is pushing record numbers. Not sure if the 'H' in 'HR' actually stands for human here. They have a terrible track record of keeping people in the dark during the hiring process and it's not much better these days as far as I can tell.
