Cons

Bad leadership, exploitative in nature and toxic culture. Pay is low and is offset by "you're doing a good thing" whilst margins are high!

International company with opportunities for travel.

Cons

Product focus is on their UK and European market, so software and hardware in the U.S. has lagged behind, making it hard to compete with forward-thinking competitors.
