      The mission and how this is so visible in what we do and how everyone works. The most incredible culture I’ve ever experienced. Everyone genuinely cares and supports each other. Lots of opportunities to share ideas and be part of making change happen.

      Cons

      A pro for me but might not be for all: it can be fast paced.

      International company with opportunities for travel.

      Cons

      Product focus is on their UK and European market, so software and hardware in the U.S. has lagged behind, making it hard to compete with forward-thinking competitors.
