Where do I start? Management plays favorites, they never take any accountability and will always blame you for their own short comings, they fire employees on the spot no matter how long they've been there (and without any just cause or two week notice either), they have become so greedy with their expectations and micro managing of any few minutes you may take being off the phones, every new hire is required to do weekend overtime, and they give you false promises only to never fulfil anything.
