Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great that you appreciate our culture, working remotely, and our truly phenomenal teams. With respect to your concerns around your rewards lining up with your efforts, as we’ve been in rapid growth mode, we’ve been rapidly evolving our rewards infrastructure to ensure that everyone can have a line of sight to how the right efforts directly translate to meaningful rewards. It’s possible that what’s happened here is that we’ve missed the mark on communicating the most efficient path to realizing the kind of rewards you’re working towards.
