Pros
The owner Mark is a great employer. He consistently invests in his employees (best training available and also springs for lots of fun events). He is fair, extremely even-tempered and very optimistic. I received a company car, gas card, cell and Ipad. Good value for the product/services you're selling (if sales position) but prices are definitely among highest in area. They will give you all the support you need if you struggle.
Cons
For sales, prices are on the high end which makes it a one-call close type situation. If you don't have hard sell abilities, or a great understanding of HVAC, you may struggle.
