This company has no real structure or system, and they create a fake image of being “one family” when in reality it’s all about show and appearances. Promotions and salary increases are based on favoritism, not effort, and most people hold inflated titles that don’t match their experience. It’s a very poor environment for developers, with little understanding of what’s actually being done, and the atmosphere is extremely toxic. Anyone who is genuinely hardworking or wants to make real progress doesn’t last long—they usually get pushed out, while the culture remains focused on show rather than substance. Employees in the Saudi branch are also clearly favored over those in the Cairo branch, which creates even more unfairness. There is no job stability at all, as people can suddenly be let go without warning. On top of that, they claim to be hybrid but that’s not true.
