Thank you for your review. At Smart Systems Technology we work to nurture and develop our employees for them to be able to advance within the company. While we understand that our remote work environment has opened doors for employees and their families, we acknowledge that Health Insurance like personal income is so critical to everyone, and especially during a Pandemic! Offering healthcare continues to be a real struggle for so many small businesses. At SST we want to be great for our clients, our people, and our partners. We recognize how important a great health package can be to our people, and their families. On our growth journey, we prioritized rapid increases to our people's pay in order to have the biggest impact on their overall quality of life and households. We wanted to be able to pay a living wage to everyone. And now we do. Our next stage of growth is taking us toward paying not just a living wage but a competitive wage. Alongside this we are working toward being able to offer our team healthcare as one of our very top goals.
