      - Will hire you with no experience - Flexible with your schedule - Coworkers are chill, good environment - (Most of) the children are fun to take care of

      Cons

      - HR is a nightmare, directors are meh - Your supervisors tell you to lie to the parents, kinda shady company overall - If you're a floater, there's a good chance you'll often be sent to their other locations
