Pros
- Salary: They pay good salary , but not competitive compared to other product base company . You can say it is standard - Technology stack - You get a good technology stack to play around and learn
Cons
- No vision : Only top leaders talk about vision but you will not see that with mid-management. Everyone has their own perspective - Job Safety: Anytime you can get fired , no matter how you have contributed - Favoritism: You will find this when you stay for more than 2 years - Career : Their products are matured ,so you do not find more scope here - Growth: Very rare . If you have a good manager who can help you showing that work at the upper level , only then your contribution will be paid off
