      Salary on time. Good Peers.

      Cons

      Worst Leadership. Long working hours. Zero Job Security. Most decisions are made to please the higher management. Management do not have any visibility to the actual working members. They see you as a subordinate to be exploited. No trust on inhouse tech & are happy to outsource the work which is badly affecting the working members.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
