      People were great but leadership lacked appropriate direction for success

      Cons

      lacking in leadership with an appropriate vision or direction. Goal seemed to be just general growth at all costs, even if the company ultimately couldn't deliver

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
