We appreciate you highlighting programs we have implemented and/or extended globally post merger, it's important for us to provide these opportunities to employees in all our offices. In particular, the recent additions of our Inclusion Committee, extended Wellness, Scholarship and Mentorship programs are providing great opportunities for our employees to enrich their experience.
