Pros
Benefits are ok. Limited politics. Great workplace for junior / middle management. The culture is good. Teammates from different dept. are all helpful. "Existing" candidates are trained to push themselves beyond limits to get things done in a very dynamic environment.
Cons
Zero work-life balance. Just zero. Don't join this company if you aim for a work-life balance kind of life. Top management needs to delegate the tasks to makes thing more efficient. Critics from top management sometimes are far from fair / valid / insightful.
