Rigid management with a 'if you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours' mentality No modern HR policies (oldschool barema politics, diploma more important than compentencies policy, HR-micromanagement based on personal favors, very low internal mobility, low emphasis on responsibility) Heavily hierarchical & procedural for a midsize company.
