Pros

A relatively okay place to earn some experience.

Cons

This is one of the most horrible positions that I have ever had. At first it seemed like a decent place, but it did not take long to notice how things actually work. Upper management says all the right things, but when real problems come up, not much gets done. Instead of fixing what employees are struggling with, they would rather focus on little distractions and act like that solves anything. The ceo talks about standards, but some people clearly play by different rules. Pay is inconsistent, favoritism is obvious, and nobody can really explain why two people doing similar jobs are treated so differently. Even small things like breaks or schedules turn into a conversation, which gets old fast. Time off is hard to use without guilt, support is hit or miss, and people mostly keep their heads down. I left tired, frustrated, and not seeing much reason to stay. Run away as fast as possible.

Pros

From my short time working here, I can confidently say that there are zero benefits to working here. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone, even if they're desperate for employment. You're much better off looking at other companies to work for.

Cons

Turnover is incredibly high over at SlideGenius, and if you know just how bad the work conditions here are, it wouldn't be a surprise. Employees are Constantly pushed past their limits and forced to meet impossible expectations. Workloads are overwhelming, and support is practically non-existent. The leadership has no idea what they're doing and constantly make short-sighted decisions while having no long-term plan in mind. They care a more about appearances than actually doing good job; whenever they make a mistake, they shift the blame to the employees, instead of taking responsibility and prioritizing finding a solution.
