1. Very understaffed, which results in additional workload with no increase consistent to the added responsibilities. 2. Poor representation of diversity. 3. Work/home life is not supported except if you are a manger. 4. Minimal accrual for vacation/sick, both go to the same accrual bank, company uses your vacation if you miss a day or hour. 5. Lack of empathy from some leadership members, low morale.
