      Pros

      Some people were nice to work along side. These were usually the ones that were honest about the environment and provided new comers with work around to survive.

      Cons

      Higher management are clueless, they run around in circles and disappoint staff customers and consumers.

      Pros

      Use company time to sew own mattress and other co worker mattress for extra money. Go home any time I wanted. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Low pay but Management allow me to Do whatever I wanted such as repair old mats and re sell them as brand new to make more money on the side to compensate
