      Supportive, smart, energetic management with real industry experience. Healthy working environment. High staff retention. Great products.

      Cons

      High pay means you have to really put in the hours, and sometimes, extra hours. but depends if you're so good at what you do, then no need extra hours.

      Pros

      The environment was great. The people were supportive and fun, but also ambitious. Good teamwork, we were big on giving credits where it's due. The managers were also supportive and not micro-managing but able to push and lead with clear vision.

      Cons

      Salary and benefits were not as competitive.
