Pros
Only work one late evening till 7:30, close at 5:30 every other night. Best example of what customer service should be. Mostly friendly customer base. Good staff to work alongside.
Cons
Very confusing holiday format with holidays always a struggle to be approved. Not much room for progression. No great incentives to maximise sales. Annual wage once decent but now average. Senior management unapproachable.
